TY students are settling back into cookery classes. They are now on week 4 of cookery and so far have mastered scones, chocolate brownies and chocolate chip cookies. This week they compared sausage rolls made from commercial puff pastry and homemade shortcrust pastry!

Alan Harnett from @LaoisToday came in to talk to the TY students about the media and creating a school newspaper. Thank you Alan again for taking time out of your day to deliver this very informative talk.
